Custom BIP report for Accounts payable trial balance

I am developing a Custom BIP report for Accounts payable trial balance. Here the paramters are legal entity, as on date and business unit.

When I am trying to put the as on date >= accounting date and schedule the job, the job runs for almost 5 hours. However, the output doesn't have any data.

I am giving the SQL query, Can anyon please suggest, if there is any joining missing or any other issue in the report.
