Ability to hide e-signature while accepting offer for internal candidates

Summary:

As per current system functionality, internal/external candidates must provide e-signature while submitting job applications and while accepting job offers. However, we have a business need to disable e-signature for internal candidates while accepting job offers.

We tried to see if we can hide through VBS but no luck. Could someone has the similar requirement and found a way to achieve the same?
