customer thread count when the last status was pending

Hello Team,

I have to create two column in the same report based on the below condition:-

1. I want to calculate the average time when the status was in pending state. 

2. How many time customer has written when the last status was pending ( I mean customer thread count from pending status)

Example:- Incident was already in pending state and then customer has written that total count I want.
