We've had 2 offers that were approved, then accepted by the candidates, and then set back to approved again. We think it's because a proxy did the initial approval, then when the main approver returned to the office, he had email notifications waiting that said he needed to approve, so he took action, not knowing the offers had already been approved and accepted. Now the offers are back in the approved status, and we've lost access to the signed offers. Is there any way to retrieve them on the Taleo back end? And why is it
