Is there any scheduled process to show the data in UI based on value set in fast formula

Hi All,

I have configured the fast formula in the performance management and included the value set to get the data based on the document records to get the final rating in the overall summary.

It's working fine, but the data is not showing directly, i have to close the performance document and open again.

i have to do this step many times.
