Updated coverage limits but employee enrollment to waive option or change in coverage amount errors

Summary:

Hello,

I updated the lower limit and default to a flat amount coverage from $0 to $10 but when I change the coverage for an employee who was previously in $0 coverage to waive (this gives an error) or to any other amount, the Annual Coverage remains blank.
Please find relevant screenshots added for your reference and let me know if you have any advice for this issue.
