how to handle two rehire scenarios in same enterprise onboarding journey

Hi,

We have a rehire enterprise OB checklist which has 3 step checklists.

Step 1 : Rehire - Onboarding Team —> This has tasks for OB team and assigned in all scenarios.

Step 2: Rehire - First Week —> This has tasks for rehire candidate and assigned in scenario when candidate is coming back as rehire (worked as employee in the past).

Step 3: Rehire - First Week (Ex-Contingent) —> This has tasks for rehire candidate and assigned in scenario when candidate is coming back as rehire (worked as contingent worker in the past).

So in real time only step 2 or 3 gets assigned to candidate and other step is showing suspended. Because of this, enterprise OB checklist is not showing as completed even after all tasks are completed by OB team and candidate.
