Automatic Journey Assignment, Deferred Status, Term Employee, Journey Launch

Hi Team,

We have a journey which assigns to an Employee automatically upon 7 days from hire.
After 7 days of Hire, An Email and worklist (bell) notifications triggered to Employee saying that Your journey is initiated and so.
We have a situation to understand whether Journey will be launched or not?

Let's say

  1. We have a Journey by name "Auto7DaysOfHire".
  2. Today (22-Apr-2025), we have a Hire.
  3. Now, Journey details will be added into Journey tables with Journey "Status = Deferred", and the Journey Start/Assign date = 29-Apr-2025. Meaning, This Journey will be launched/initiated to Employee on 29-Apr-2025 (A week after Hire) along with Email/Bell notifications.
