How to close Mass/All EOI related pending items

Summary:

We have 1,177 EOIs in the system that we would like to close on 04/30/25 due to associates not completing them. Can you please let us know how we can close all EOI related pending items?

I tried with Upload Enrollment Certification load and post that processing of Mass Action Items using batch but it is not closing EOI pending action items.

Can you please review and suggest the way as we have more count of EOI pending action items that we can't manually close them.
