Can we configure a Life Event to only update one benefit vs. all?

Summary:

We have medical wellness discounts set up as benefit elections (i.e. Healthy Living Discount (non-tobacco user) and Personal Health Assessment). The discount amounts vary depending on the medical plan. Each year during Open Enrollment, they must elect to rec the discount. Each discount has its own payroll element.

We created a Healthy Living LE and PHA LE, so we can use to either elect or Waive the discount after OE when we audit and validate who completed the PHA. We pursued vs going back and re-opening the Open LE.

We only want to update these wellness discount elections, and not have the other benefit elections be updated with new coverage and rate start dates (for benefit extract and possible retro payroll issues).
