Stock Item Return Process in OFSC with WACS Integration and Truck Inventory Management

We are currently in discussion with a client regarding the stock item return process and would appreciate insights on how this can be effectively managed within Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), especially in conjunction with Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS).
- Understand and articulate how stock item reruns (e.g., when parts fail, returns are needed, or a technician has to re-attempt a job with the same/different stock) are handled within OFSC.
- How does OFSC coordinate or integrate this rerun scenario with WACS?
