How many times an incident was changed to a certain status

Hey everyone,

I am trying to create a report that shows how many times an incident was changed to a "Waiting" status. Simply put, if the incident was changed from a different status to "Waiting" 3 times, I would like the column to show 3. 

Is this possible? I have tried the "count" and "sum" functions, but this does not seem to work.

Thanks in advance for any assistance with this!
