Post election fast formula for CDHP-HSA Validation fails where the plan goes to suspend mode

We have the following requirements

Post Election validation - IF Employee chose CDHP ,he needs to select HSA and this is at Option level. i.e.

Throw error if CDHP Employee Only doesnt match with HSA - EE

CDHP - all family plans doesnt match with HSA - Family;

Scenario 2 - Gain Dependent - Life event, suspend plan until we get certification

Issue

Employee creates enrollment with CDHP Employee Only and HSA - Employee Only

Gain Dependent Life event

Selects Spouse/Child, changes option to CDHP - Employee Spouse/Employee CHil and HSA - FAmily
