25A release, cannot find quick action search view to enable new feature

Hello,

we would like to configure the new feature from 25A release for the opportunity marketplace where we can have descriptive flexfields as search filters or facets inside the opportunity marketplace. Our user has the privileges mentioned in the manual, HRC_MANAGE_SEARCH_VIEWS_PRIV and HRC_ACCESS_HCM_COMMON_COMPONENTS_PRIV but we cannt see the quick action Search Views in order to customize the view.

Are we missing any other step in other to enable this feature? Is VB needed for this?
