Ability to route Account Coding workflow based on natural account segment value

We tried to create account coding workflow rule with the condition of natural account value, but it did not work. Below is an example. Not sure if this feasible or not. Can anyone help me on this.

Example: If BU is "ABC BU" and Account segment value is "12345" it should route to an approval group
