Currently, candidates are applying via the Phenom career site. We have been sending their application information, specifically their education and work experience, to Job Submission in Taleo so that our leaders can review the candidates in Taleo.

When linking candidates to other requisitions, it appears that the leaders of those requisitions are unable to see the candidates' education and work experience (since linking to another requisition copies from general profile and not job submission). This is causing some difficulties for our leaders as they are unable to fully assess the candidates' qualifications when there is no resume.
