Getting an Error, we couldn't move the application to Recruiter Review - Redwood page

Summary: We are facing an error when moving an application "Offer in Draft" phase. After navigating to Actions and selecting "Move back a phase" from the "Offer – Draft" phase, the system fails to allow canceling or creating an offer on the Redwood page. Additionally, when selecting "Move Application" from Actions and choosing the "Offer" phase, the state field becomes blank. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Please suggest solutions to resolve it.
