Hey everyone,

I am attempting to build a custom report to show the Last Referring URL before a Chat Request.

I have built a "referrer" report where I used "clickstreams.referrer" and then "count(*)". This is good information, but am looking for the page that the chat request or proactive chat acceptance actually came from, not all of the URLs visited before the chat request. I have attached the report I am mentioning.
