[URGENT] System Error When Setting Up Alert Days

System error entering alert days even though appears correct.

I am trying to set up Standard and Critical Alerts in performance. I have already set the due dates in the template. When I try to save the standard and critical days, it says "Enter more standard alert days than critical alert days" even though my standard alert days is 10 and my critical is 5. It won't let me save. I do not get the error when the standard and critical days are the same.
