How do you change field labels on the Redwood terminate employment transaction pages

Summary:

We are trying to update a few field labels in the Redwood terminate employment transaction. For example, in responsive, we updated "Termination Date" to "When does the termination take place? (Last day on Payroll)? We can't use User Interface Text because it would update it in other places and there isn't a description populated. How do we update it in VBS?
