Redwood Sales Order Page – Item Not Appearing When Creating a New Order

Hello,

We are currently testing the new Redwood experience for Sales Orders in our test environment, and we've noticed that the item field does not return any results when attempting to create a new order. The item we are trying to enter is correctly assigned to the inventory organization and is enabled for sales (Customer Ordered, Customer Ship Allowed, etc.).

In the classic UI, the item can be added without any issues, so this seems to be behavior specific to the Redwood interface.

Could anyone please confirm:

  • Are there any additional prerequisites or configurations needed for item visibility in the Redwood Sales Order screen?
