How to create a error alert in Edit Weights Redwood screen?

The client requests us to be able to put an error message on this Redwood pop-up screen, as this same request was addressed on the standard My Goals screen (I present evidence of this error message on the aforementioned screen). This error message should restrict us from creating a goal with a value of less than 10%.
