Hiring manager to view only his own requisitions and not subordinate requisitions

The requirement is hiring manager should be able to view only his/her requisitions and NOT his subordinate requisitions.

I created a job requisition security profile and clicked enable to ensure only the hiring manager can see his/her own requisitions and not subordinate requisitions.

This security profile has been attached to copy of the hiring manager abstract role and added to the user

But when the hiring manager removes the default filter hiring team,recruiter, .. on the top of the requisition page. He is able to see all the requisitions.
