Payment File SFTP transfer to bank – supported public keys and process

Summary:

I am looking for a definitive answer on what algos are supported by the standard SFTP payment file functionality offered by Fusion. Also how the process works when negotiating the algo to be used with the client.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The documentation to configure this functionality does not define what algos are supported, nor give you the option to select a specific one when doing the setup.

I have read this CCC post Payment File submission to Natwest Bankline using BI Publisher deemed now as non compliant — Cloud Customer Connect

  • This post indicates that SHA2 256\512 support was added in 23D. It also advises that the process is that Oracle works through the various algos, starting with the oldest, until it finds one that the client supports. Once it finds one it supports then that will be used.

Howdy, Stranger!
