% of incidents having 1 Customer entry

Hi,

I need to show the percentage of email incidents which got solved with 1 customer email.

So ideally no. of incidents with 1 customer entry in threads table.

count of incidents having count of customer thread entry as 1

Since in reports 2 aggregate functions cannot be used.

Is there any way this can be achieved.
