how to add common date columns in redwood sales order line

I need to schedule ship date, scheduled arrival date, secondary quantity, original item for substitution, supplier, supplier site in redwood sales order lines.

any direction please? we have to use redwood since the classic customer selection does not fit the requirements.

Or is the recommendation to go to classic for those attributes?
