Change date based on Logged In

I'd like to use "Logged In Account" in an IF statement to adjust the time for a column that reports a date.

Our report simply shows a queue that is sorted by Date Created. The server time is off by +1 hour for one half the team and -1 hour for the other half. We'd like to adjust the column, which is Incidents.Created, with the Date_Add function based on the location of the viewer of the report. Is this possible with an If statement? I cannot find "Logged In" in the Accounts table when used in an expression.
