Mileage Expense Policy

Below is the requirement for mileage policy.

"Displayed in kilometer (km)
Will need the ability to update rates in the system and should have the ability to specify valid date range(s) for the varying rates
Variable rates needed for LTD Policy
Standard Rate (1km to 10000km in reporting year) – 2025 rate is set to £0.45 per kilometer
Standard Rate (Over 10000km in reporting year) – 2025 rate is set to £0.25 per kilometer
Allowance Rate – 2025 rate is set to £0.25 per kilometer
When an employee has a passenger in their vehicle, they can claim an additional £0.05 per kilometer per passenger"
