Daily Backlog Report

Using the standard Backlog Report - ID 11

This report is great and ideally what we want however I don't believe it's showing us a true backlog. The number the report is giving me is much greater than what we show on our Dashboard (All queue's and all statuses selected). After reviewing the report definition it looks like the daily backlog report actually shows backlog plus any tickets worked the previous day which isn't really showing me what my backlog looks like! All I need is a report showing me the backlog (I can always mess with the data range filters). Can anyone provide any help with this
