Multiple Questions about Reporting Please Help!

1.) We have a client that emails us tickets on behalf of another client that is in RN. When that ticket comes in, it is assigned to Client A and it shows on behalf of Client B. Once the ticket is in, is there a way to change that? I'd like to reassign the ORG to the "on behalf of" client (Client . I've tried to however the system doesn't allow me unless I copy the client B full name and paste it in the ORG Name field... the problem with that is... it kills my reporting.

2.) Reporting: We have a report set up in which it shows how many tickets have come in for Client A, it contains a drilldown from that number to show all the Client B totals... and even another drilldown to show each Client B ticket. We have a schedule for this report to be emailed however it only reports on the top level, how the heck to I get it to report on that 2nd drilldown level showing the total for each client B?
