25A Patch update needed to fix text question issue for customers using Direct Apply integration
Customers who are activating any Direct Apply integration and using text questions in their prescreening questionnaires might need to request a Customer Weekly Bundle (CWB) patch if they’re in 25A cohort A. All other versions of 25A after cohort A automatically come with the 02/14 CWB (R13.2501- PB20250214-HCM) patch fixing bug 37518159 - BRONZE - DIRECT APPLY - IF QUESTIONNAIRE RESPONSE IS HAVING SPECIAL CHARACTER FOR BASE64 ENCODE THEN ITS FAILING TO PROCESS.
If you’re a cohort A customer, before activating LinkedIn Apply Connect directly in Setup and Maintenance, or before activating Application Sync from Indeed, verify your patch bundle and request the latest bundle through a service request if you didn’t get patch bundle
