Duplicate Candidate Source Values in Redwood UI

Summary:

We have a issue where candidate dimension source names have duplicate values. How can we hide or delete these duplicate values.

This issue reappeared after shifting create candidate page from responsive UI to redwood UI. They were hidden in responsive UI by adding display sequence as zero for duplicate values but this solution is not working in redwood UI.
