Attachments Field Still Visible Despite Configuration

Hi all,

In our Oracle Cloud environment, we have attempted to hide the "Attachments" field, including related features such as drag and drop and the URL option, from specific pages like Performance Documents or Anytime Feedback. We have disabled all relevant settings through the tools available to us.

However, the attachments section remains visible. After detailed analysis, we suspect this is due to the "Attachment User" security role, which cannot be removed because it is required for the Document of Records functionality.

Our objective is to hide the attachments field (including drag-and-drop and URL options) on specific pages or for specific user groups, without impacting the functionality needed for Document of Records.
