Unable to Hide Submit button at Salary details while performing the change salary as a Line manager.

Hi Team,

When a line manager initiates the Change Salary action for an employee using the path below, the Submit button is currently available at the Salary Details level. We need to hide this button at that stage to ensure that users cannot submit the form without providing mandatory comments and attachments. These fields have already been made mandatory using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), but still one can submit the form without filling the comments.
