In Redwood, evaluation page, Rating drop down values does not show rating short description

In Redwood, Performance evaluation page, Rating drop down values does not show up rating short description. Now user needs to click show additional info to view the Short description.

Is there any options that rating short description shows along with rating name in the dropdown value.
