Third-Party Control Account Balances Report - Include Zero Amount Balances

Hello,

In the Third-Party Control Account Balances Report there is a parameter with name "Include Zero Amount Balances", you can select either Yes or No in this parameter.

Do you know what is this parameter for?

I have already looked at Oracle guide but this parameter is not mentioned

My customer was hoping to extract all the transactions created for a customer in a given period of time independently from the fact that the transaction is closed or not and independently from the fact that the balance for that customer is zero or not. Can we use this report to achieve this?
