Candidate Emails are not showing on message tab

Summary:

We have 2 way communication enabled the candidate receives the email notification and when they reply it goes to the inbox as expected however when we are in the requisition only the messages from that have been sent to the candidate are showing.

I have also ensured the scheduled process Process Recruiting Inbound Message is running every 15 minutes.

This is the same for both internal and external candidates.
