Get data of Current Fiscal Year-Month Wise

1. To list the months:

Our Fiscal year starts from July and ends in June. I need to get details of cases which were closed in current fiscal year grouped by months. It should look like this:

Closing Months	total incidents	no. of calls	no. of sms	customer satisfaction % age
Closing Month FY: 1 (July)
Closing Month FY: 2 (August)
Closing Month FY: 3(September)
Closing Month FY: 4 (October)
Closing Month FY: 5(November)
Closing Month FY: 6(December)
Closing Month FY: 7 (January)
Closing Month FY: 8 (February)
Closing Month FY: 9 (March)
Closing Month FY: 10 (April)
Closing Month FY: 11 (May)
Closing Month FY: 12 (June)

Any help? I have found a way to get fiscal year but unable to list them this way.
