Is it possible to see the job offer extension notification that was sent to the candidate

We are trouble shooting where an internal candidate has advised they didn't receive the email notification advising a Job Offer has been extended to them. Is there anywhere to see the actual email sent to them. We can see in Progress against the application that the offer was extended but not anywhere to view the notification they received.
