Performance Reviews - 6 months and 1 Year

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement, where every 6 months a review should happen.

If a review is happening by June, employees who have completed 1 year on or before May 30th and employee completed 6 months both should be eligible in same performance document.

How can be accommodate this requirement?
