Allow International Payments in supplier bank accounts check box is having issue

Hi Team,

Allow International Payments in supplier bank accounts check box is having issue.

We have enabled the option using sandbox by Value option as True in page composer.

When we did that, allow international check in showing as enabled only when clicked edit option, its showing enabled but once we save it its showing disabled.

in Value column, we made it as true and got above issues so we reverted back.

How to always enable Allow International Payments in payments - back accounts section?
