Assistance Required: Error When Adding Performance Goal with Custom Job Dropdown Field

We have a requirement to add a custom Job dropdown field in the following path: My Client Groups > Goals > Performance Goal Library > Add.

We successfully implemented this using Manage Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs).

However, we are encountering an error when attempting to add a Performance Goal only when the custom Job dropdown is populated—and notably, the error only occurs for certain Job values, not all.
