QLE coverage end date

in Benefits 15 comments

Summary:

When an employee is hired in Oracle their benefits coverage correctly begins on the same date.
When an employee is terminated in Oracle their benefits coverage correctly ends on the same date.
When an employee or admin completes a QLE adding coverage, their benefits coverage correctly begins on the same date.
When an employee or admin completes a QLE terminating coverage, their benefits coverage incorrectly ends on the prior day.
For instance, a divorce or death or any other QLE terminating coverage entered effective 11/12/2024 causes a coverage end date effective on 11/11/2024 with the carriers.
We think it is an Oracle setup that needs to be changed to the date of event and not a file feed issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
