The manager has submitted the Talent Review ratings, and his view of his direct report's Talent Ratings page is like below:

We enabled the Performance Rating and Talent Score sections for the employee side as well. However, when the page is viewed by the employee, it only shows blank sections:

Is this expected behavior? Why can the employee see the section but not see its content?
