Restrict Editing of Goal Basic Info While Allowing Update of Quantitative Actuals in Performance Doc

Hi everyone,

We are using performance documents that include quantitative goals. We would like to know if it is possible to allow the worker to update only the "Actual Value" of a quantitative goal, while preventing them from editing the goal’s basic information (such as the goal name, description, or due date).

Is there a way to achieve this behavior through configuration, security profiles, or page customization?
