Need to add exceptions to dashboard reports

Need to add exceptions to dashboard reports to give a visual indication as to where a request is in relation to its estimated resolution time (SLA)
The requirements are below:
- If 0-50% of the SLA has expired, show case as green
- If 50-90% of the SLA has expired, show case as amber
- If 90%+ of the SLA has expired, show case as red
- If 100%+ of the SLA has expired, display red flag
Please help me how to add this SLA's exceptions.
