Need to add exceptions to dashboard reports to give a visual indication as to where a request is in relation to its estimated resolution time (SLA)

The requirements are below:

  • If 0-50% of the SLA has expired, show case as green
  • If 50-90% of the SLA has expired, show case as amber
  • If 90%+ of the SLA has expired, show case as red
  • If 100%+ of the SLA has expired, display red flag

Please help me how to add this SLA's exceptions.
