is it possible to define a report which represent by contact some indicator calculated from several objects as
# incident open, # incident Web , # incident Chat, # incident email, # Sms outbound, # call outbound and # call inbound.
nb:# Sms outbound, # call outbound and # call inbound are created in a custom object by Add-in to integrate with our CTI
