Issue with DFF Segment Of Type Radio Group Shows A Third Option That Was Never Specified - NONE

Summary:

A Flexfield with Display Type Radio Button Group was configured.Flexfield has by default three values 'Yes','No' and 'None.'

How can option 'None' be removed?

Oracle say's If you don't want 'None' there are two possibilities to remove it:

1. Make the segment required. The "None" = null option should disappear - I am able to do this.

2. Change the prompt for the "NONE" value to make it a distinct option - Not able to do this, can anyone share sets to perform this.
