Proactive Chat Offer Statistics by Queue?

We're getting ready to launch proactive chat on our site and it will be in multiple locations with each location assigned to a specific queue. 

In looking at the Proactive Chat Offer Statistics report, Report ID 3033, it has all of the information we're looking for with the exception of breaking it down by queue. 

The fields in this stats table provide no way to join to the chats table to drop in the queue.

Any one know of a way to get this information into this report?
