Starting from OFS 24C customers can use their OCI Object Storage or Fusion instances to store file attachments from OFS.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Prerequisites: Fusion Service and Service Logistics integration in Field service has to be configured initially. If Workorders are not connected between Fusion and Field service attachment won't be created on fusion side.

To be able to configure this we need to have an access to OFS as well as OCI identity/IDCS for the tenancy where your Fusion Applications work.
